Our last management company was not doing the job for our development. We did not feel our previous property manager was pro-active enough to handle the numerous requests and issues our association faced. We narrowed down our search for a new management company but the recommendations we received from other Braeside managed properties, said to us, that Braeside Community Management was the best solution for our needs.
