Braeside Community Management stepped in as our new management company at a very critical point.  Our property was in complete disarray after a 4 month project turned into 2 + years.  The Board of Managers, as well as most homeowners, were very frustrated.  It seemed that our complex was physically and emotionally in a downward spiral.
