His extraordinary knowledge of building mechanical and operating systems has saved clients thousands of dollars in consulting and technical fees, as well as excessive contractor costs. He has personally supervised over $4 million in renovation and construction projects.

Ken possesses a front-line perspective critical in managing and improving marketing and administrative functions. His unique understanding of all building operations aids in his ability to rapidly analyze the task at hand and develop improved procedures, techniques or approaches to outdated and ineffective methods of other companies.

David Multack is a hands-on businessman – and he expects the same out of his executives, managers and staff. It’s this attention to detail and belief in quality assurance that led David to found the Braeside Group in 1990 and have defined its reputation ever since.

For over 30 years, David has had a immediate presence in all aspects of real estate management, from community planning and development to property management and syndication. A former Chairman of the Highland Park Plan Commission and the Fort Sheridan Joint Plan Commission, he has been active in the North Shore community, serving a number of civic and charitable organizations.

David personally directs the acquisition and management of apartment buildings and condominiums in addition to supervising various investment portfolios and asset management services. Recent projects include the construction of a 60-unit condominium development in Highland Park and 90-unit luxury apartment building in Florida. David aims to lead by example; inspiring his executive and senior level staff to involve themselves in the day-to-day operations of every property they manage.
